Also pretty telling: The left's insistence to call it thirty-four felonies when it is essentially the same misdemeanor action that's never prosecuted, repeated thirty-four times. They must rely on absurd hyperbole to make a victimless crime sound as sinister as possible. Also, It's only a felony when attached to a federal election fraud charge (for which Alvin Bragg has no jurisdiction), which is only one of several reasons the case will be overturned on appeal.
